Are you currently undergoing your teacher training and keen to start your teaching career in SEN?

Would you be keen to join a special school that offers a successful and supportive NQT induction programme?

If you answered yes to the above then this Special Needs NQT role is the one for you! About the role This special needs school are keen to take on an NQT that is currently doing their teacher training course. Preferably, you will have previous experience in SEN or have had one of your teacher training placements in a SEN based environment.

The role starts in January 2019 and is on a full-time permanent basis. You must be able to prove your ability to differentiate your lesson plans in order to accommodate the needs of every student in your class. This particular role is based in a KS2 class, there are six students in the class, all of whom have Autism and you will be supported by two teaching assistants. In terms of the ideal Special Needs NQT, you must be a very adaptive, enthusiastic and passionate Teacher that will put their students first at every step of the way.

About the school This beautiful, purpose-built special needs school is found in the Cardiff. The school cater for students with varied levels of additional learning needs and most students have other additional complex needs. The students vary from EYFS up to KS1 and classes are mixed in terms of age group and ability. You will be joining a well led, experienced and successful senior leadership team that value their staff and put the students first at every stage. I
