Job Vacancy: Teaching Assistant
Location: East Sussex
Position: Teaching Assistant (Part-time/Full-time)
Start Date: September 2025

We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in East Sussex. This is an ideal role for individuals seeking hands-on experience in education and are wishing to assist pupils who need a little extra support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for learners with diverse needs
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources
- Support classroom management and promote a positive learning atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for education
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
