Types of Work

Over 5,000 primary, secondary and special needs schools choose Teaching Personnel for staffing, tutoring and supply cover needs. We guarantee you an unparalleled variety of work in schools to choose from.

Long Term Roles

We class any assignment over six weeks as a long-term role. Over 80% of our placements are for this type of position and often exist to provide schools with cover for maternity, long-term staff sickness, unfilled vacancies and on going specialist interventions.

The choice and variety of roles we have available is significant. We believe our real value comes when you register and tell us your ideal role so we can find it for you!

Supply Cover

If you are looking for the flexibility and work-life balance provided by supply work, register with us today.

Daily supply work ranges from one-day requirements to bookings that can run for a number of weeks. You might work in one school or in several. You will normally be covering staff sickness, non-contact time and differing types of planned absence.
