Together we thrive.
When we draw on our differences, in who we are, what we’ve experienced, and how we think, we open the door to new ideas, stronger teams, and better outcomes for the people we support.
At Teaching Personnel, we’re passionate about creating a culture built on openness, fairness, and inclusion. We want everyone to feel valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic self to work every single day.
Together, we’re building a workplace where individuality is celebrated, voices are heard, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Our Employee Resource Groups
Fostering an inclusive workplace isn’t a one-off initiative, it’s an ongoing commitment to empowering our diverse teams.
As part of Supporting Education Group, teams at Teaching Personnel can join Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Each ERG is dedicated to supporting specific communities and driving inclusion.
