Reception Teacher – Good School – Crawley
Location: Crawley (London Fringe)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Paid to scale (London Fringe allowance)
Start Date: September 2025

Are you passionate about early years education and inclusive practice?
A well-resourced, supportive primary school in Crawley is seeking a committed Reception Teacher to join their strong Early Years team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a small Reception class of 7 children with diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • Work closely with 2 experienced SEN Teaching Assistants

  • Children’s needs include Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), non-verbal communication, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and behavioural difficulties

  • Supportive SLT and a genuine team ethos across the Early Years setting

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience or strong interest in working with children with SEN

  • A nurturing, creative, and resilient approach to teaching
