Our client secondary school observed as ‘Good’ in the LS20 area of Leeds are looking to appoint a number of cover supervisor roles to start in September. This will be on a temporary basis initially with the opportunity to become permanent.

A successful applicant will:

• Have a good level of English and Maths

• Have strong effective behaviour management skills.

• Be confident to teach planned lessons effectively.

• Have the ability to adapt and teach variety of subjects across the curriculum.

• Be able to create an inclusive environment facilitates the learning for all.

• Be enthusiastic and punctual

By working with Teaching Personnel, which has existed since 1996, you will be given access to the 'CPD Academy', which is great for those looking to develop their skills and aspiring teachers. Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a number of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers such as the National Association of SEN and Leeds Trinity University to deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities, covering areas such as; assessment for learning, planning for progression, effective behaviour management, teaching for learning, using data, SEND, effective adult learning support, supporting pupils with BESD, Safeguarding, etc.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
