Job description

Due to departmental restructure and school population growth, our client Secondary school are recruiting for an English teacher from April.

This position is open to both experienced and newly qualified English teachers, and the appropriate support will be provided.

The successful English teacher will be required to teach across Key Stage Three and GCSE, and will create lessons that are engaging and challenging for all pupils.

“Our well-established English faculty have an open gap for an English teacher from April on a fixed term contract for one year. There is the possibility of a permanent contract following this position and we are accepting applications from both experienced and newly qualified English teachers. It is vital that the successful English teacher can demonstrate examples of good and outstanding teaching practice and will implement our ethos and values into each day.” Head Teacher

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
