Year 3 Teacher - Immediate Start - Royton

Are you an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher? Are you looking for a Full Time long term role? Are you based in the Rochdale or Oldham area?

A client school based in Royton (OL2) is looking for an experienced KS2 Teacher to immediately join their team. The role will be on a full time basis until the end of the academic year.

The school is based in a quiet area and is a small 1 form entry. The last Ofsted inspection was carried out in 2018 and the school received a 'Good' rating. The report stated that the "Head teacher has a strong commitment to the school and the local community… pupils enjoy school and rise to the high expectations set by staff."

About the Role:

  • Based in an average sized Year 3 class - 26 children
  • Supported by a General Teaching Assistant
  • On a full time, long term basis
  • Immediate start date

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have QTS
  • Will have at least 5 years experience teaching KS2
  • Will be able to commit to a full time role
  • Will be able to start immediately
  • Will be passionate about children and education
