Year 3 Teacher needed for outstanding school in Dorset!

This is a primary school where teaching is outstanding and all staff has very high expectations of what pupils can do and inspire them to make progress. This primary school requires a Year 3 teacher to join their large teaching team to inspire the students of the school with well planned and delivered lessons that motivate and engage them to want to succeed and be the best that they can.

You will be required to develop pupil’s skills and knowledge throughout the academic year by building upon their self esteem and engaging them to want to be the very best. You will be supported by high trained teaching assistants that are extremely skilled in supporting pupils of all abilities.

This school is looking for a positive teacher that is either newly qualified or experienced to join their large teaching team and hit the ground running immediately!

The Primary School

This primary school is much larger than most primary schools nationally. The number of children on roll and number of teaching staff are rising rapidly and has been rated ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED.

Teaching Personnel offer fantastic CPD opportunities as well as an excellent NQT induction program to leave all teachers in the best possible shape to deliver a range of up to date teaching methods to ensure the best education outcomes to the children.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
