SENCO or SEN Specialist needed in Dunstable

A primary school in Dunstable have an exciting opportunity for a SENCO or SEN teacher to join their team from September.

This is a full time position from September with the view of this becoming a permanent role.

You would need to hold QTS and be highly experienced in primary SEN. As a SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator), you'll be responsible for some of the most challenging pupils in a school. You'll not only need a lot of patience, and the normal skills required of a teacher, but you'll need to have a drive for education and those with different needs

You may also be required to take some additional teaching when cover is needed across the school.

The school has an extremely supportive senior leadership team as well as a friendly and supportive team of colleagues.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
