Job description

A well experienced and enthusiastic Humanities Teacher - either specialism is needed for a team orientated and continually advancing History department for a September 2019 start.

The history department have in most recent years seen good improvement and progress amongst its students across both key stages; it continues to be a popular choice for students at GCSE level.

As a Humanities/History/Geography/Religious Education Teacher you will be required to:

  • Teach up to KS4 GCSE (preferred)
  • Have sound curriculum knowledge
  • Have the ability to engage and enthuse students

As a Humanities/History/Geography/Religious Education Teacher will receive:

  • Experience of working with a progressing school for a friendly department
  • Freedom & flexibility with regards to notice periods
  • Access to longer term or even permanent opportunities within the school or within other schools with Teaching Personnel
