ASC Specialist Teacher required in Sussex


A specialist SEN school in West Sussex are looking to recruit teachers with experience working with ASC.

• Working with an autism class with a group of 6 to 8 students who are in year 7 and 8.

• The curriculum model requires teaching staff to deliver across a range of subject areas

• To have an understanding with working with autistic pupils who have complex needs and present challenging behaviours.

• A welcoming and high achieving primary school with an excellent support network

• The school will also provide training in their curriculum

The successful candidate will join a creative and supportive team of leaders and colleagues with excellent educational standards. The school offers excellent opportunities for CPD. You will be joining an Outstanding School with strong leadership and committed staff team. Pupils are aged between 3 and 19 and make very good progress with access to a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum.

They are an accredited National Autistic Society School and have been praised for their creative approach to support children with autism and their parents.
