Teaching Assistant (1:1) - Tameside

  • Pay range up to £60 per day (dependent upon experience)
  • Working within a supportive and well resourced department
  • Working with a student on a 1 to 1 basis

Our client school is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis on a full time basis starting in September 2017. This will be a full time position initially for 1 term. The school has a team who focus primarily on Inclusion and the successful Teaching Assistant would work within this SEN department.

• Full time Teaching Assistant role, starting September 2017

• Working as part of an extremely supportive and well resourced SEN department

• Pay range up to £60 per day dependent upon experience

The school is committed to ensuring that each and every student is able to fulfil their potential and has set up a dedicated centre within the school in order to provide additional support to those students that require it. There is a wealth of provision, support, resources and strategies at the disposal of the school and department. The school is located within the SK16 postcode of Dukinfield and is easily accessible via the M60 or M67 as well as being serviced by local regular public transport.

• Located in the SK16 area of Tameside

• Working on a 1:1 basis with a Year 7 pupil

• Benefit from the support of a dedicated department as well as amazing resources

The successful Teaching Assistant should be experienced working on a 1 to 1 basis and be highly motivated in order to impart the knowledge and confidence required to benefit the student. The candidate should also be proficient in providing personalised support.
