Are you a nurturing and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for part-time work in the afternoons?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a friendly and supportive primary school in the Wimborne area, who are seeking an Afternoon TA to join their team from September 2025. This role is ideal for someone looking to support pupils in a calm and structured environment during the second half of the school day.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across the school during afternoon sessions
• Providing classroom support to the teacher, including small group work and 1:1 assistance
• Helping pupils stay engaged and focused on tasks
• Assisting with end-of-day routines and wrap-around support

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting
• A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
