Teaching Personnel is currently supporting a friendly and inclusive primary school in Wimborne in their search for a Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This role is part-time, working afternoons Monday to Friday, and will run for the full 2025–2026 academic year.

About the role:

• Supporting pupils in KS1 and KS2 during afternoon learning sessions
• Assisting with small-group work, interventions, and end-of-day routines
• Helping to create a calm and positive learning environment
• Working alongside the class teacher to ensure every child is supported

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
• A positive, flexible individual who enjoys supporting pupils' progress
• A team player with good communication and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
