ICT Teacher

Job description

Working alongside our client school, an Ofsted Graded 'good' school in Oldham, we are searching for a confident and enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join the department in the upcoming academic year. This would be a full time position and although a fully qualified teacher would be preferred, the school would consider applications from confident ICT NQT's that show potential.

Our client school is a large catholic school in Oldham, graded 'Good' by Ofsted. The school as state of the art facilities and a strong support structure set in place to insure the incoming teacher is a success and can help to continue upholding their high standards and collaborate with the department in raising attainment in the school.

Due to an unforeseen absence within the department, this position will commence in September and will be full time until the end of the academic year, with the option to continue if both school and teacher are the correct fit. The incoming teacher will deliver ICT across KS3 and KS4. The department utilise collaborative planning sessions to ensure that attainment is raised across the school.

- Full time position, September start

- Pay in line with scale point (£22,467 - £38,250 per annum)

- Utilising formative and summative assessment to raise attainment

- KS3 and KS4 ICT

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
