Are you an enthusiastic graduate with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to shape the minds of the future?

Have you considered a future in Teaching but are unsure of the career path available?

Have you got your eyes on teacher training in September 2021 but first want to gain experience working in a fantastic secondary?

I am currently recruiting on behalf of Client schools in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire who are looking for graduates looking to begin an exciting adventure in Teaching.

What can you expect from a Graduate Teacher role?

  • Provides insight into the role and allows you decide on your career path before entering full teacher training
  • Placements can range from a term to a full school year depending on your preference
  • A pay rate of GBP65-GBP80 per day
  • The chance to observe differing teaching styles and judge pupil’s learning outcomes
  • Support pupils with coursework, or 121 tuition sessions aimed at raising attainment
  • The chance to experience a variety of schools, learning levels and environments.

What would a typical day be like?

  • Working with groups of students with different abilities
  • Learn how to plan lessons with experienced Teachers who will help, mentor and guide you throughout
  • Start off observing and working with small groups and then move up to bigger groups and then the class
  • Teach highly engaged pupils who love to learn about different topics
  • Develop strong working relationships with students and Teachers
  • Be a big part of school life and part of already successful departments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
