Teaching Personnel Northants Secondary Branch work in Partnership with a wonderful Secondary School in Aylesbury who are seeking their next Temp to Perm English Teacher to join their growing school community. This school currently holds an Ofsted 'Good' grading and is quickly approaching an Outstanding report in the future. This is an exclusive opportunity whereby the school seek support from Lauren, Secondary Schools Consultant for MK & Bucks, with all their long-term recruitment needs.

We have successfully placed 7 long-term teachers into this growing school just this Academic Year (20-21), with 100% staff retention and excellent feedback from all staff who joined the school to teach. 

The Successful Applicant:

  • Must be a qualified teacher (QTS or Equivalent) with experience of teaching English to Secondary aged pupils
  • Driving License and car is a benefit but not essential.
  • A DBS on the update service is essential or willing to make a new application (GBP40)
  • Able to provide at least 2 referee contacts for graded references to cover the last 11 months.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
