About the setting:

A 38 and 52 week mixed gender residential school for students aged 7-19 with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated difficulties. 

Drawing on their expertise in specialist education and 24-hour care, they focus on the development of personal, social, communication and living skills. A multi-disciplinary team and high staff ratios ensure intensive individual support. 

About the role:

Children’s Residential Care Worker

  • Night OR day shifts (you would not be expected to work both)
  • Full time and part time applicants will be considered 
  • The school is not easily accessed by public transport so it is essential you drive or can get to Swanage easily for work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
