Teaching Personnel Swansea are looking for support teachers and cover supervisors to join our team to support the learning of pupils in schools in and around Swansea.

Cover supervisor work is the ideal work for any Future Teachers and we are now working with a number of schools to support our Future Teachers programme.

As an outline; you would be employed by Teaching Personnel to work in Secondary schools in the absence of a teacher (subject knowledge not essential) and you would cover lessons, answer questions and manage classes of students.

Our Schools are ever dependant on our cover supervisors to help the everyday smooth running of the school. In the event of a Teacher becoming absent, our cover supervisors will often be called in to help. The ideal candidate will be able look after the already planned delivery of lessons and will have excellent behaviour management skills.

When working for Teaching Personnel we will get regular feedback from the schools you work in regarding your performance which will help you gain future work opportunities but also will enable you to build on your skills and address any construcive feedback to help you improve. This feedback can be paramount to your future PGCE application as good feedback can stand you apart from your competitors.
