Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to support secondary schools across Hartlepool, starting September 2025.

About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Ensure continuity of learning during staff absences.
• Support a diverse range of learners, including those with mild to moderate Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Follow school policies and collaborate with existing staff to uphold a high standard of education.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching secondary-age students (KS3 and KS4)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• A commitment to inclusive and safe learning environments
