Science Teacher in Bradford Secondary School

Job description

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well established Secondary School in Bradford who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Science Teacher. As a new Science Teacher you will be joining a successful Science Department who strive to deliver a high quality education for their students. The senior leadership team provides continuous support to their employees with frequent CPD courses to promote personal development.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a Secondary School setting or working with young people.
  • Has sound knowledge of the Science curriculum, delivering to KS3 & KS4 students.
  • Be able to deliver high quality pre-planned lessons.
  • Confidence in following and implementing school behaviour policies.
  • Has high expectations which motivate and challenges students.
  • Holds a DBS certificate of the update service or be willing to apply for one.

To be a successful candidate you should have a passion towards teaching Science and helping pupils raise progress and attainment in your specialised subject area.
