Job description

Due to a long term sickness leave, a Salford Primary School (M27) are looking for a well prepared and experienced year 5 teacher to carry on the hard work of the previous teacher

Teaching Personnel are working closely with this large two form entry Salford primary school to ensure we recruit the best quality teacher for the position. The headteacher is looking for someone with high standards of themselves who can embrace the school's team ethos.

  • Salary (£22,023 - £37,496)

The Salford (M27) school is currently a two form entry with a view to grow to two and a half form in early 2019. The successful year 5 teacher will be given adequate timetabled PPA time to plan alongside their parallel teacher and have the use of a skilled teaching assistant in class that currently takes a lead in maths and literacy intervention groups.

A year 5 teacher with previous Key Stage 2 experience and a proven track record of raising attainment is need for this school. The headteacher is encouraging both fully and newly qualified teachers to apply
