Job Duties:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Provide support to students and assist with their learning needs
• Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with permanent teaching staff to ensure continuity in lesson delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Prior experience in a teaching role is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the national curriculum
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Proficient in using educational technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Specialist subject knowledge

Working Conditions:

• Work in a school setting with regular term-time hours
• May require flexibility in covering various subjects and year groups
• Potential for additional responsibilities such as extracurricular activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
