Teaching Personnel is the leading Education Recruitment Agency across England and Wales. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking to employ a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment & Vetting Control Department at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.

About the Role

The Recruitment Administrator will work as part of a team and process the registration documents and additional vetting information for teaching and other support staff, in an efficient and timely manner, and in compliance with internal and external best practice and legal recruitment guidelines.

The successful candidate will be used to working in a professional, quality-driven environment and will able to demonstrate excellent administrative skills and a very high level of attention to detail. They will be highly literate, used to working with large volumes of documentation (both on a computer and hard copies), be a team player, and have a clear, confident telephone manner.

Hours of Work

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
