Job Title: Tutor

Location: Leicestershire, Leicester

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• 1. Provide individual and group tutoring to students in various subjects.
• 2. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the individual needs of students.
• 3. Assess students' progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• 4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and performance.
• 5. Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.

Required Qualifications:

• - A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
• - Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
• - Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students of varying ages and abilities.

• Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.

Knowledge and Skills:

• - Strong understanding of the UK education system.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• - Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• - Experience working with students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
