Job description

Job Title: Qualified Teacher

Location: Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • 1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • 2. Assess and evaluate students' progress through various methods, including exams and assignments.
  • 3. Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
  • 4. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation.
  • 5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and resources.
  • 6. Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and training sessions as required.
  • 7. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and behaviour.
  • 8. Stay updated on educational trends and best practises in teaching.

Required Qualifications:

  • - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • - Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
  • - Proven experience in teaching primary or secondary school students.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment techniques.

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in teaching primary or secondary school students is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • - Excellent classroom management skills.
  • - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • - Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
  • - Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Postgraduate qualification in Education.
  • - Specialisation in a specific subject area.
  • - Experience working with students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
