Teacher of Mathematics – Maths teacher required for a secondary school in Manchester.
Full time position starting first week of October for a Mathematics teacher at this well regarded secondary school in central Manchester. Due to changes within their staffing and a desire to improve results, this Ofsted good school have a full time position for a Maths teacher. This will initially be for a term and could possibly continue for the remainder of the academic year, the school are looking for a Maths teacher who can work closely support classes across KS3, you will be teaching middle and lower sets so a strong classroom presence and ability do differentiate accordingly is essential.

**Secondary school in central Manchester, located on border of Hulme and Stretford
**Serves a diverse catchment area, Ofsted good in all areas (including behaviour)
**£22,244 - £37,871 in line with your scale point (initially via supply)
**Opportunity to teach Maths in a great department, full time on going post
All Maths teachers are welcome to apply for this position, whether you are experienced or a newly qualified Mathematics teacher the school are happy to consider your application. You will be supported by the department, invited to the weekly CPD and in house training and given appropriate release time on this 20 hour timetable. Located close to the city centre, this is a diverse school with a great atmosphere, staff and students hold strong relationships and disruption in lessons is low level.
