They are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team.

About the Role

As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery across a range of subjects. Your focus will be on providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to helping children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons alongside the class teacher.
• Provide targeted support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with the emotional and social development of pupils.
• Prepare learning resources and help track pupil progress.
• Deliver interventions for pupils with additional needs.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, parents, and carers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
