Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) –Primary School in Moston
Start Date: After October Half Term

This nurturing school is committed to providing every child with the tools they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. They are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team.
About the Role
As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery across a range of subjects. Your focus will be on providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to helping children reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons alongside the class teacher.
- Provide targeted support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with the emotional and social development of pupils.
- Prepare learning resources and help track pupil progress.
- Deliver interventions for pupils with additional needs.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, parents, and carers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
