About the Role
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across a variety of subjects. You’ll deliver targeted interventions for individual pupils and small groups, fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering creative and stimulating lessons.
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
• Contribute to planning and preparation of learning resources.
• Monitor pupil progress and assist with assessments.
• Support children with additional needs and promote emotional well-being.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and carers.
