The Opportunity
Teaching Personnel is delighted to partner with a progressive and inclusive primary school in Openshaw. About the Role
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across a variety of subjects. You’ll deliver targeted interventions for individual pupils and small groups, fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering creative and stimulating lessons.
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
- Contribute to planning and preparation of learning resources.
- Monitor pupil progress and assist with assessments.
- Support children with additional needs and promote emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and carers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
