About the Role:
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the class teacher across a range of subjects. Your focus will be on delivering targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
- Assist in planning and preparing learning resources.
- Track student progress and contribute to assessments.
- Support pupils with additional needs and promote emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and carers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
