Job description

For our client school, we are looking to recruit an ambitious teacher; secondary or non shortage subject teacher who is willing to take on a challenge and deliver the primary curriculum throughout academic year 19/20. The school are looking for someone who is proactive in developing themselves as a KS2 teacher with opportunity to utilise their expert subject specialism across the KS3 secondary curriculum in their feeder secondary school.

The school can offer a package of development by their strong team of primary specialists, supporting you intensively with the KS2 curriculum as well as building on your existing innovative pedagogy.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold UK QTS with a minimum of 1 years teaching experience teaching the UK national curriculum
  • Be patient, resilient and have a keen interest in developing the whole child with an all inclusive approach to their pedagogy
  • Be proactive in their continual professional development and be whiling to contribute their expertise to colleagues on INSET days and staff training
  • Be able to work cohesively in a team, dedicated to delivering excellent outcomes for their pupils, themselves and wider community
