Job description

Are you looking to inspire young people?

Do you have experience either working with young people or adults with special needs? If not, do you have an undergraduate degree?

Do you have the confidence to deal with challenging behaviour?

If YES, then please get in touch immediately!

Teaching Personnel is looking for Behaviour Buddies to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups on a full-time basis in September.

You will be working 1:1 with students who have challenging behaviour. This is in an SEN provision of a mainstream secondary academy. You will be fully supported by the SENCO. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 until 3:30. Part time roles are available

If you have no experience whatsoever, this school loves recent graduates so if you have an undergraduate degree, please get in touch!

The most important thing is that you are committed, confident and patient. These pupils will push you and even though most days will be tough, building close relationships and seeing the fruits of your labour head on is incredibly rewarding.
