Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a change from mainstream school? Are you looking to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children, in an creative environment?

Do you want to make a difference by helping to promote independence? Do you want high quality professional development and support? Or work one on one with pupils to improve their behaviour, education and opportunity to succeed? Do you want to work with highly supportive colleagues who share your values and ethos? Do you want to work in an organisation that supports career progression and has opportunities beyond your own school? Do you want to be involved in educational research and development?

If the answer to these questions is yes, then we may have the ideal job for you!

I have a role to work in an education setting with students who have been excluded from mainstream school. You will be required to work across age groups and help to engage students in their lessons throughout the day. Often students will have an EHCP for SEMH, ASC and ADHD. Experience of this would be advantageous.
