Care Support Assistants required!

The shift pattern involves working 7 shifts over a 2 week period:

For Day Care Support Assistants - 7am-7pm/8am-8pmShifts include working weekdays and weekends – to be discussed in full at interview stage.

The school children and young people between the ages of 7 - 19 with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and associated needs, to gain valuable life skills, qualifications and confidence to support their onward journey towards independence.

The team have created new opportunities for individuals to join the current team at an exciting time, with an improved training program that provides excellent professional development opportunities for candidates who show enthusiasm, passion and commitment to the role.

Successful applicants will be mentored and supported by the management team to ensure that they are guided towards achieving their personal best.

About the job: As a Care Support Assistant you’ll be a part of a hardworking and unified team, helping their children and young people to make the most of their many strengths. Your role will be to support the children and young people to achieve their personal targets and be the best that they can be.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
