Are you a qualified Teacher with a Science specialism?

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Preston based Behavioural Unit which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism and pupils who display challenging behaviours.

The School is smaller than average and currently has approximately 45 male KS3/4 pupils on roll.

The School are seeking a Science Teacher to cover a long term sickness between April 9th - June at a minimum, although it is likely the School will keep you on until the summer!

The candidate must be a qualified Teacher with a Science specialism or a lot of experience delivering KS3/4 Science.

The pupils are currently doing BTEC Science in KS4 and class sizes are generally under 9-10 pupils, there is also TA support in every class!

The candidate will benefit from:

* Long term position in a Behavioural Unit with fantastic staff and pupils

* Rewarding rates of pay £110 - 139 per day

* The opportunity to gain experience in a Behavioural Unit

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
