Are you looking for a role within a Primary school? Do you have experience working with primary or secondary aged pupils?

Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who is able to work 1:1 with a primary aged child with learning difficulties. The successful TA will be supporting the pupil on a one to one basis, helping them with their learning and social development. The school is a Dorchester based primary which is Ofsted rated 'good'.

The role is full time- 8:30-3:30, 5 days per week. It is also term time only.

The ideal candidate MUST:

  • Have a NVQ Level 3 minimum in Health and Social Care or similar
  • Be available immediately with ability to carry out a long-term role
  • Be passionate about working with children and supporting learning and welfare

Highlights of this role:

  • Full time TA position starting September 2019
  • Pay between £285 - £350 per week depending on role and experience
  • Temporary, long-term position
  • Gain support and further experience working with the school's SLT

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £44, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.
