PE Teaching Assistant - Oldham - Full Time

PE Teaching Assistant required for a full time position within a large modern secondary school in Oldham.

As a PE Teaching Assistant you will assist the PE Teacher in both practical and theoretical lessons as you support the pupils with any additional needs they have in regards to their physical education and performance. This is a very rewarding role where you will make a real difference at an important part of their lives, whether you are supporting new year 7's or assisting year 10 and 11 pupils in preparing for their GCSE examinations.

  • Full time position as a PE Teaching Assistant, supporting the class teacher and supporting pupils on a 1:1 and group basis.
  • Earn a weekly wage of up to £350, dependent on your experience and responsibilities within the school.
  • Working within a large modern secondary school in Oldham which was recently graded 'Good' by Ofsted.
  • Further develop your CV and skill set through Teaching Personnel's CPD courses.

Our client school is a large modern secondary school in Oldham which is located a short distance from major public transport links to the city centre, making it easily accessible by both public transport or your own vehicle, with free on site parking for staff. The school have recently been graded 'Good' by Ofsted and have been praised for the excellent provisions for teaching and learning throughout, as well as the supportive community they have for both staff and pupils throughout the school.
