KS1 QTS
Qualified Teacher required.
Daily rate- £120-£150 (Depending on experience)
Ofsted rated "good school" with an "outstanding" early years service.
A friendly and vibrant 2 form entry school within the Southall community, is looking for an experienced KS1 teacher to join their ever-growing team. The school is effectively led and managed by the Head Teacher, senior leaders and governors. They are committed to providing pupils with a high standard of education. This school are motivated to deliver quality teaching and passion throughout all year groups. Career paths are vital for this school to ensure that all staff are invested in to ensure they strive for the best outcomes for the school. CPD courses are offered as part of career growing opportunities and staff are given opportunities to take on higher responsibilities.
What the school are looking for-
- A teacher with a positive attitude towards using assessment frameworks in order to give pupils a better understanding of tasks set
- Phonics trained/ Literacy qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Support for families to overcome any attendance and attainment barriers
- Encouragement of parental engagement
- Develop parental support skills and confidence
