HLTA Support Worker (Supply) – Bradford
Are you a passionate and motivated HLTA looking to make a real difference in schools across Bradford? ✨ We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supply team, supporting children and staff in a variety of school settings.
Role Overview:
As an HLTA on supply, you will:

Support teaching and learning across different classes.

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence.
-
Work closely with teachers to raise attainment and progress.
-
Provide support for pupils with additional needs.
-
Adapt quickly to new school environments and routines.
✅ Requirements:

HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
-
Previous experience working in UK schools.
-
Strong behaviour management skills.
-
Flexibility and a positive, professional attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
