Early Years Teacher – Full-Time Role Starting September
Location: Hounslow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Start Date: September 2025

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a highly regarded early years setting in Hounslow to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher. This is a full-time role, starting in September 2025, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to providing outstanding early education.
Role Overview:
As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a creative and engaging curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will be responsible for supporting children’s learning and development, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching in line with EYFS requirements
-
Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes curiosity and independence
-
Carry out observations, assessments and maintain accurate records of children's progress
-
Work collaboratively with other staff members and parents to support each child’s development
-
Uphold the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care
-
Contribute to the overall ethos and success of the setting
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS/EYPS with relevant early years experience
-
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
-
Experience teaching in a nursery or early years classroom setting
-
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
-
A nurturing and reflective approach to teaching and care
-
Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
