Ad-Hoc Teaching Assistants Needed – SEN Schools
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our pool of staff supporting SEN schools on an ad-hoc, flexible basis.
What you’ll do:

Support pupils with a range of additional needs (including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and complex needs).

Assist teachers in creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Provide one-to-one or small group support, tailored to individual needs.

Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills.
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children or young people (school, care, or voluntary settings).

A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Flexible, ad-hoc work to fit around your availability (you must be able to work 08:30 - 15:30 but can work as little or as much as you like)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
