Intervention Teacher - The Role:

A Primary School in the North of Enfield is searching for an Intervention Teacher to join their team. Your role would primarily involve working with students on a group or one-to-one basis, supporting them particularly with catch-up from lockdown. The candidate should create a stimulating teaching environment and help pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem. You would be required in the school between the hours of 08.30 and 16.00 and would start ASAP. The rate of pay would be between GBP135-150, dependent on the experience level of the candidate and the start date would be ASAP.

Intervention Teacher - The Candidate:

You are an experienced Intervention teacher with QTS and experience working with SEND, both in small groups and one-to-one. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic and able to adapt their teaching style to a variety of student needs and requirement, as the role could involve working with a wide range of students.

The school is a large and diverse school with varied opportunities for career progression and development, as the school places a heavy emphasis on the welfare and career prospects of their staff. Located just a fifteen minute-walk from the overground in central Enfield, the school has parking available for staff and visitors and is within walking distance from plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
