Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Are you an experienced Higher level Teaching Assistant?
Do you have strong classroom management skills?
Do you have experience within KS1&KS2?
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a HLTA in Norwich starting after half term, you would be joining a fantastic modern double form entry primary school which consists of 220 pupils.- This position would include but may not be limited to- covering various classes within the KS1-KS2 age range when required- monitoring the progress and development of the pupils- be able to engage and inspire pupils of varying abilities- some 1:1/small group based work. You would need excellent behavioural management skills and the confidence to lead pre planned lessons if required.
The Ideal candidate:
- HLTA qualifications
- Passionate about primary education
- SEN experience
- Expereince working with pupils on a 1:1 basis
- Safeguarding training
- A DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
- A UK address and right to work
- Flexibility in terms of transportation
- Experience within KS1&KS2
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Have the classroom confidence to potentially offer sickness and PPA cover

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
