Graduate Teaching Assistant

The Graduate Teaching assistant role will give you the opportunity to work in a number of different roles such as a general teaching assistant, Behaviour support, SEN support, small group tuition and covering lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.

The SENCO at our client's secondary school is seeking a graduate teaching assistant to add additional support for their students and teachers. Due to the transition of year 6 to 7 students, some require additional support with their learning and behaviour support.

"We are looking for a graduate who is outgoing and confident and up for a challenge, who has previous experience working with secondary school aged students in a learning environment" - SENCO

The Warrington based secondary school is situated just off the M56 with a public transport link close by, making it easy to access the school in the morning rush hour. With modern facilities and a recent 'Good' Ofsted rating, this is a great opportunity for a Graduate to gain some teaching experience.
