Job description

Do you have experience supporting students in exams?

Have you had exam reader and scribe training?

A Secondary school in Bristol is seeking to expand their team of readers and invigilators for the forthcoming exam season. This role is to begin immediately and will be for at least a term.

Working as a scribe you will write down student's dictated answers to questions in an examination. You may also need to act as a reader for some students. You will be required to either hand-write or type the students answer. Good communication skills are a must for this role.

  • £10 an hour
  • Must be able to commit to exam dates in advance

Requirements:

  • An enhanced DBS - without this you will not be able to work in a the school. (Teaching Personnel can help you apply for this if neccesary)
  • Good communication skills
  • Reader & Scribe training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
