A Good school in Hendon is looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to raise attainment through reading and maths interventions. If you have previous experience working with EAL children and enjoy working in small groups or even 1:1 then this role will be perfect for you. If you are able to offer Phonics experience as part of your skill set then then your application will really stand out!
The school are also looking to appoint TAs to work with small groups on Maths intervention so if numbers are more your forte, then get in touch now!
The roles are long term, 5 days a week 8:30-3:30 with competitive rates of pay based on your experience. You will be joining an expanding two form entry school which has an inclusive Catholic Ethos which sets high expectations for the children.
This role would be ideal for a recent graduate who is considering a PGCE in 2017 or someone who has approached teaching through vocational qualifications such as CACHE. Above all, a proactive attitude and a passion for education are a must in this role.
