Class Teacher required at a Primary school in WF10, Castleford ASAP!

A smaller than average sized 1/2 form entry Primary school located on the outskirts of Castleford (WF10) are currently looking for a part-time Teacher to start as soon as possible to fill an unexpected absence, starting ideally after half-term. 

This is a small sized Primary school who are looking for a Teacher for a Mixed (Year 2, 3 & 4) class with just 18 pupils. 4 of the pupils are Year 4, 5 are Year 3 and 9 of the children are in Year 2 therefore, Teachers apply for this role must have experience in a mixed class and be competent in differentiation. 

This role is part-time and will be a job share with a permanent member of staff in school. This will be Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays ideally starting week commencing 24th February until July and will lead to a permanent position. 

The Teacher in this post has had to leave school due to unforeseen circumstances and the Head Teacher is looking for a Fully Qualified Teacher who has experience in mixed year groups and who has excellent and engaging teaching practice to be able to fill the gap and give the children the best education possible. 

The class its self is a pleasure to teach. There are no specialist needs in the class and the children are bright, well behaved and keen to learn. 

The Head Teacher is looking to meet and interview Teachers on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th February with the hope to start the same week.
