Bi-lingual Teaching Assistant - Fluent in Bengali - September Start
A teaching assistant who is fluent in Bengali (Bangla) is required to support a young girl in Year 1 during her lessons. The child has recently moved to the UK and is having some difficulty keeping up with others in her class. The children are well behaved and are encouraged to 'aim high' by the dedicated staff. The head teacher is very supportive and has an excellent relationship with pupils, staff, parents and also the surrounding community.
Please apply if you:
- Are fluent in Bengali (Bangla)
- Have Phonics Experience
- Have experience, paid or voluntary working with children
- Have a patient and understanding nature
- Are able to start in the new Academic year
The role is on a full time, long term basis with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate. The school is easily accessible and parking is available on site. There are also various transport links from Manchester City Centre.
