Are you seeking work in the Chorley area? 

Are you experienced in working with children who have special educational needs and/or challenging behaviours? 

We work specifically with a Chorley based School which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism and ADHD. The School are seeking a hard working, empathetic, enthusiastic and resilient candidate with a good sense of humour. The School are looking for a candidate with experience working with pupils with challenging behaviours and you must have strong de-escalation skills. 

The School is smaller than average and pupils in this School can no longer remain in mainstream education, generally down to their behaviours and candidates must be resilient enough to deal with difficult behaviours or confrontational situations.

The School are looking for a full time member of staff with experience working with adults or children who display challenging behaviours. 

The School is based on the outskirts of Chorley with ample on site parking and access to public transport. 

The successful candidate will benefit from: 

- Negotiable pay rates GBP60 - 70 per day 

- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH Difficulties 

- Long term position available
