Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking a reliable and pro-active Teaching Assistant who can provide one to one support for a year 2 pupil who is currently undergoing the first stages of their Education Healthcare plan in a Bolton (BL4) Primary School. The pupil is portraying traits of ADHD by having a very short attention spam and finding it very difficult to listen and follow instructions whilst integrated into the full class.

As a 1:1 teaching assistant, you will be supporting the Bolton school's teacher by ensuring the year 2 pupil fully understands the instructions of the work and is able to access the curriculum at a suitable level.

The role will be running for the rest of the academic year initially.
